Abstract: The supercritical CO2 extraction technology is used to extract peony seed oil from peony seeds. Taking the extraction yield of peony seed oil as an index, using single factor and orthogonal experiment method, the influence factors of peony seed crushing particle size, extraction pressure and temperature, separation pressure and temperature, extraction time, CO2 flow rate and other factors were studied, and suitable extraction conditions were obtained.
