Study on supercritical CO2 extraction process of 10-deacetyl baccatin from taxus branches and leaves

Abstract:

To establish the supercritical fluids extraction (SFE) method to extract the effective components from taxus. Methods: Taking the extraction ratio of 10-DAB as index , some influence factors such as the extraction time, extraction pressure, extraction some influence factors such as the extraction time, extraction pressure, extraction temperature, pressure and temperature of Separate kettle and the amount of co-solvent were studied. Results: the SFE of 10-DAB suitable extraction separation condition: extraction pressure was 30MPa, extraction temperature was 50℃; Separate kettle I was 10MPa pressure, separate kettle I temperature was 60;Separation kettle II pressure was 6MPa, separation kettle II temperature was 45℃;Extraction time was 1.5 h. the amount of co-solvent was 300ml. Conclusion: Supercritical CO2 extraction with extraction of short extraction time, the product was light in color and other advantages.Key words: taxus; 10-DAB;supercritical CO2 extraction;
