The production of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium by deep fermentation is characterized by time-saving, labor-saving, environmental protection and easy control. Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction is based on the relationship between the solubility of supercritical fluid and its density, that is, the influence of pressure and temperature on the solubility of supercritical fluid.
