HA220-50-6 Supercritical co2 extraction equipment is a device (instrument) that utilizes supercritical fluid properties to perform extraction and separation operations on target components in a raw material under suitable operating conditions.
Supercritical fluid is the fluid's thermodynamic state above it's critical point (PC, TC), the fluid has similar density of liquid, similar viscosity of gas, it is a good solvent because of large diffusion coefficient, less viscosity and large dielectric constant. The Basic process of supercritical fluid extraction is that, material contact with supercritical fluid under high pressure and suitable temperature, extracted material go into supercritical fluid, and separate from it after we change operation condition.

Safety protection device

2. The extraction kettle, the separation kettle and the storage tank are respectively equipped with safety valves and overpressure automatic pressure relief protection according to the highest working pressure.
Valves、fittings: DW6. The container, valve, pipe fittings and pipelines that contact the fluid are made of1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. The valve stem of the valve is specially heat-treated and durable.
