CO2 supply system:

Extraction and separation systems:
The liquid CO2 is pressurized to the extraction pressure by a CO2 high-pressure pump, flows through the preheater, the outlet temperature is automatically controlled, and flows to the extraction kettle after heating the phase change.
The material basket of the extraction kettle is filled with raw materials, and the electric kettle is hoisted into the extraction kettle. In the process of pure supercritical CO2 entering from the bottom of the extraction kettle and passing through the material barrel to the top of the extraction kettle, CO2 dissolves to extract the effective components in the raw material.
The extraction section contains three extraction kettles. The three extraction kettles can be used in parallel or in series.
The sealing plug of the extraction kettle is made of PTFE + stainless steel spring sealing ring (without plasticizer) that meets the standards of medicines and foods. It can be opened after depressurization and durable.
The CO2 is entrained into the separation unit with the extracted stream. The separation is performed in two steps.
The CO2 entrained with the extract flows from the extractor through the first control valve to the primary separator. Through the throttling control of the control valve, some extraction components are resolved by the pressure drop in the primary separator, and the separator can be received from the bottom of the primary separator.
The CO2 entrained with the incompletely separated extract flows through the pipeline to the secondary separator. Through the throttling control of the control valve, the low-pressure extraction component is separated and resolved in the secondary separator, and can be separated from the bottom of the secondary separator Thing.
