This is the cheapest machine in the 600L extraction volume

The co2 extraction system is composed of 4 150L extraction kettles, with simple operation and fast extraction speed.

The production cycle is short, the best choice for medium-sized factories, (working for 24 hours, can extract 1000KG of dried hemp flowers)

Siemens PLC control system, Emerson automatic back pressure valve.

It is recommended to choose Huaan's unique distillation column for efficient extraction of pigments or full spectrum CBD Oil

Main configuration









Extraction kettle

1. Volume:150L barrel volume: 130L Design pressure:40MPa   Working pressure: 35MPa number of 4 units;

2. Temperature:room temperature to 80 C, automatic control of heating temperature, measurement of CO2 fluid temperature;

3. Material: All stainless steel forgings of autoclave body, heated with jacket water, with external insulation and decoration.



Opening device of extraction kettle

The opening structure of extraction kettle is clamp type, and the quick opening device is vertical rotating structure. The clamp is opened/closed manually, and the cap is lifted/closed automatically with self-locking.




Material barrel


Volume:130L Material: 304 stainless steel, with sieve plate on top and bottom of barrel andremovable,numberof 4 units.








Separation kettle

1. Volume:30L/20L Pressure: 26MPa Number 2.

2. Temperature:room temperature to 80 C, automatic control of heating temperature, measurement of CO2 fluid temperature.

3. Material: S30408 stainless steel, with jacket outer layer with insulation and decoration.

4. Length-diameter ratio not less than 6, intake pipe intubated to volume 2/3.





Heating and Temperature Control System


The heating and temperature control system for extraction kettle and separation kettle is 304 stainless steel with stainless steel pump, heating power 9KW/group, separation kettle I 12KW/group and separation kettle II






Used for CO2 filtration of water and impurities.

Volume: 5L, inner barrel pressure: 16MPa material: 304 stainless steel (seamless tube)





Used for mixing CO2 and carrier. 2L/40MPa, 304 Stainless Steel.






Liquid co2 storage tank


Volume: 120L pressure: 10MPa material: 304 stainless steel.

With water jacket and thermal insulation decoration, ensure that CO2 in the tank is liquid, with pressure gauges, safety valves, CO2 pump inlet.




CO2 pump

Three-plunger CO2 pump with maximum pressure of 35MPa, flow rate of 1000L/H, frequency converter, regulation of CO2 flow, safety valve at pump outlet, electric contact pressure gauge, cooling pump head, power of 15KW.


Carrier Pump

Pressure: 35MPa, flow rate 20L/H, mechanical regulation 1/2-1.


Refrigeration unit

Nominal refrigeration capacity 40 KW, power 15 KW, air-cooled.
