About Lab-scale supercritical CO2 extractor

The laboratory-scale supercritical CO2 extraction system allows users to use it to optimize the production process and evaluate the feasibility of using supercritical fluid technology.

The volume of the extraction kettle is from 100 mL to 6000 mL, the operating pressure is up to 350 bar, the pressure adjustment range is 0-350 bar, and the control accuracy is 1 bar.
PID pressure and temperature control system, equipped with fluid preheater and flow meter, different collection methods for extracts, optional co-solvent addition method.

The L-100 & L-200 supercritical extraction/reaction system is a laboratory-scale semi-automated complete set of equipment used to study the feasibility of supercritical fluid technology in a variety of analysis and process designs.

L-100 does not require large-scale capital investment like fully automatic control equipment, it is an economical and practical equipment. Whether it is for repetitive experiments in the laboratory or the development and optimization of process technology, L-100 can provide excellent services and the versatility of supercritical extraction/reaction.

Equipped with PLC control system, it can be used for supercritical extraction and supercritical reaction.

The BIT experimental grade supercritical CO2 extraction system provides the versatility and safety level that normally only those expensive supercritical equipment have. The modular design makes the equipment price lower, and the equipment can be upgraded according to specific applications.
