P-25 35L CO2 Extraction Machine

35L 600BAR SUPERCRITICAL CO2 EXTRACTION MACHINE

This is a customized supercritical CO2 extraction machine with a design pressure of 700bar and a working pressure of 600bar. It has two extraction vessels, 10L+25L. As you can see in the picture below, its extraction vessel is much larger than an ordinary 25L vessel. This is because its maximum working pressure is as high as 600bar, and its cost has increased a lot accordingly. Eventually, it will conduct research work at a university in Turkey.

ROSE CO2 OIL

Rose CO2 possesses a very sweet, creamy, deeply erotic yet delicately radiant, fresh floral aroma as of roses warmed by the sun, with soft spice, herbaceous and ripe berry undertones. Its lightness and airiness of scent are balanced with its days-long, sultry dry-down and constitute the very essence of aromatic seduction. When compared to the scent of Rose Ottos or Rose Absolutes, the aroma of this material is said to be the truest to the scent of live roses – and our noses emphatically agree.

The total number of constituents in a hydrodistilled Rose oil (Otto) is about three times that of a CO2 extract1, with the ratios being significantly different. The main distinction is seen in the phenyl ethyl alcohol (aka 2-phenyl ethanol) content; up to 50 percent is found in the CO2 extract compared with roughly 10 percent in the essential oil.

ROSE CO2 SUPERCRITICAL EXTRACT

Rose CO2 Supercritical Extract is a bit thicker to work with than either the essential oil or absolute because the CO2 extraction process is able to extract more of the heavier aromatic molecules, natural plant waxes and resins than can the process of steam distillation. Aromatically, Rose CO2 Supercritical Extract offers a beautiful, floral aroma that is more complete and more closely represents the natural fragrance of fresh roses (Rosa damascene).

COMMON METHODS OF EXTRACTION

Steam Distilled (called Rose Otto Essential Oil), Solvent Extracted (called Rose Absolute), or CO2 Extracted (called Rose CO2 Extract)
